Your first case is $1,450, flat, with nothing added to it.
A coding opinion, not a medical one. This practice gives a coding and billing opinion, never a medical one. If what your case needs is an opinion on whether the treatment itself was necessary, you need a physician expert, and we will say so rather than take the case.
Strictly confidential. Enquiries stay private. Protected health information is never accepted by ordinary email, and the Business Associate Agreement is signed before the first record moves.
You decide from the report. If the report is not something you would put in front of a judge, you do not pay for it.
